Features of the service
1. Spoof Call any caller ID, Flexibility and freedom
Spoof calling allows you to spoof call any number using any caller ID you chose. This can be done via the app or web-phone, this feature allows you to protect your privacy for all calls it also allows the ability to change what someone sees on th caller ID display when they receive a phone call from you. OTP intercept is very useful if you need to collect one time passcodes. The bot will send out an automated call meaning you input the relevant information and let the bot do the hard work. This feature works more on social engineering to convince your target of the issue and asking them to type the one time passcode to cancel or reverse the transaction or action that is currently happening on there account. This feature has a lot of sub features attached which work in a similar fashion which can intercept email codes, codes for any sites etc. You can be very creative with the OTP bot in order to get the most out of it
3. Transaction IVR, Connect in style
Transaction IVR Works in a similar fashion as the OTP bot but the difference in this features is you will be connected to your target to physically speak to them so the bot will send a call out read out various transactions and will ask if they made them or not as they didn’t make the transactions they will probably press the button 2 on the IVR stating they didn’t this will automatically notify them that they will be connected to the next representative, which will be yourself then you take it from there. This function works best for more experienced and advance spoofers who can adapt there script, the reason this feature works well is because it gives the feel that the target is calling in themselves which immediately brings ease to the target.
4. Transaction IVR, Connect in style
Live monitoring on that feature basically means before the call connects to the target it will call you first it’s also known as spy mode so you can hear the target as they listen to the IVR and when they want to connect to you you just press connect on the dashboard and take the call from there.
5. Telepin, A social engineering genius
This feature is great to get tele-pins with ease. Firstly you create the call with the old information/ leads you have and it will call the target. They then will type the digits for their tele-pin and after they complete that process it will let them know security has been passed. It will tell them from time to time this call happens to make sure their details on the system are up to date. It will read their number and address and they follow the prompts to say the details on the system are correct.
Live call monitoring/spy mode is also a option this feature but it’s not necessarily needed, only if you want to listen in.
6. Card IVR Out with the old…in with the new
Card IVR feature is great if you have old leads and you want to bring them back to life to get the new card of the target it sends the call from the establishment you type in and creatively prompts them to type in their details this feature is a great add on to your bundle list and works in an automated fashion without the need to physically speak it can be used in a creative way for you to gather more information
7. DTMF Tone Detector
DTMF detector is a state of the art tool and works on every bundle you buy. You have access to this feature if you place a call to your target you no onger have to physically ask them to say the code over the phone to you just ask them to type it into there telephone keypad which is then displayed on your dashboard.
To find this when your on a call, go to the live call section on your dashboard you will then see your current call and any digits typed can be seen there.
You can use the web-phone, Linphone or any soft phone app as long as your spoof phone details have been used to log in you will see all calls on your dashboard displayed.
