Is it possible to wipe a bank account by wire transferring the funds to a bank in a country with identity protection laws like Switzerland?
Then just sending the funds back to my personal account in the US where I can withdraw all the money safely.

Yes even within US, wire transfer is irreversible and gone immediately it's gone
