APPLE PAY in USA NON VBV/Bank login add

I'm in the USA..I have my own POS for my businesses..The one particular POS I want to burn out is stripe. It has history. I want to do apple pay transactions with cc so I don't get fast charge backs. Preferably apple pay+pin.
Which bins will add to the apple pay wallet without verification? (NON VBV/NON MSC)
Can cc from outside of the USA add to apple pay for use in the US?
What is best to use on apple pay when hitting stripe, credit or debit?
Which bank logins can you add the card on file directly to apple pay?
I can get more POS easily. I can get more devices as well. What I need is someone who is professional that is capable of generating 20-50k+ in transactions daily with apple pay or bank logins that attach to apple pay. I'm looking for only one person. Someone who is a master with cc or bank logins, that's serious about apple pay money. This is a long term,on going project. If you can provide help you will be greatly appreciated and compensated well.
