Hey, i want to know if someone can tell me if a good rated vendor that sell a non vbv cc is legit (just in general), like does it really exist a non vbv cc ? (i ask that because i'm from france and it doesn't exist there it's only the website that can be non vbv).

Yea in many more EU countries bins are being patched up so non vbv is kinda rare, France tho is non existed at this point, of course non vbv or auto vbv still exist to this day.
No one will give you a site which works for them like that nevertheless a 2d for gift cards.
Remember, the fewer that they know about it, the most you can get out of it.
