We don't issue manual refunds over tickets, except for the reasons in the rules, regardless of the reason, i.e. certain cards failing to hit X amount on shop Y, or if cards work on shop Y but not later on shop Z.
Many buyers are dishonest and even have means to kill cards within seconds i.e. by purposely failing 3d-secure authentications.
Some do this with almost all cards that they buy while threatening us over tickets, some do it more "stealthy" by killing cards only occasionally, while others will do it more frequent.
For those reasons, we are looking to operate as transparent as possible and are actively taking measures towards that.
For instance and in near future, we will provide links next to each check result so that buyers may verify their check results on Lux and Try2 websites.
Such feature leaves no room for anyone to challenge us over check results.

can you be feel free to paste screenshots of checker results from your more respectable checker than your clients . you are acting like noob now. can you make us fool by this way of tactic.when everyone is complaining 1 thing than listen to your clients before its too late and you become worst case than vclub. if you still don't understand than we will make videos of buying cc and putting them on your lovely checker and than check on store to prove how fake is your checker .

If you read what was written earlier, then you can also wait until we have finished implementing a checker validator where links for each check will be placed so that buyers can verify check results on Luxchecker and Try2 websites.

This is the nature of Tor network bro. We can't expose the shop to clearnet.
Our clearnet domain are also proxied via Tor.
When it happens, restart Tor browser or try using a new circuit.
