Which BIN should I work in Europe in Ukraine, France, Switzerland, Hungary?
And which service code is preferred 101 or 201?
I pay 50$ for BIN work 100%.
I'm new to Europe and I was working in Asia
Thank you.

If you able to work 201 you can use any european bin. All will work in every country in europ. If only 101 thenn you need to find usa bins that works in your countries.

it is not true most bin dont work every where
imagine a card bin of someone using it at berlin, every day and for years and at one time is used in pakistan, most of case it would not work
what are working bins is bins who are used in outside country so is have first to be check where and what, france bins are the most shit and fast to get burn by bank after detect, depend on the use of the card, so try to found what bank have what agreement with the country you want to use the 201 to get better result...

70% pos in Europe are EMV and you will need to enter pin if you swipe and another problem is swipe + pin became to be restricted because of fraud prevention . so track inside the magstripe have more restriction than dynamic data stored and updated inside the chip after every transaction . it's not the matter of country it's the matter of transaction and ICVV data when last transaction between the chip and the card have been concluded . If owner usually swipe then it will be more easier for you to use it somewhere else in europe because between swipe transaction and Chip transaction the authentification are not the same .
when a transaction is made between the chip and the issuer , the bank are waiting for the new icvv data stored inside the the chip during the very last transaction to allow the payment and when u swipe after that last chip transaction , you are operating as the chip have a problem this mean it will activate more security measure on the transaction as geolocalisation and many more thing ...
this is why 121 , 101 , ... have more success rate % i hope you understand now

you misunderstand me, the mean of country is for exemple if you use france card in india, some are more accepted than other and is always with pin i talk
because of country use, is about that i talk not about swiping in store
i talk about use 201 europe card in the world to cash out at atm not in store
