Chase merchant ID with matching Zip Code

Just recently the Chase voice authorization line 8007061526 implemented a new feature to the security of it's services by now requiring the matching Zip Code to be entered along with the Merchant ID to access services. This was a VERY effective way of confirming material was valid w/funds before use, thus making overall success rate that much higher. Doe anyone have any info as In Merchant ID's along with business info or billing info? Please let me know ASAP
