how do we recognize dynamic bin from static bin?
can we know from the track2 before we check on ATM or what?

I think u cant,the fact is the fucking bank all the time update they products-bins.The same story whit vbv and none vbv bins.if smt was in the pas non vbv or static,today is probably not anymore,u know what i mean ...

what does change each time a transaction occurs in a dynamic bin card?
the track2 on the chip changes? if we read the card on smart card reader we can see a change or not like that?

So far as i know last 4or 6 digit but from tr1,which is most important track than tr2.I mean camon we use tr2 only to cash out d+p from ATM like last 25y,long time ago suckers own SW which alarm them for suspicious trnz.on ATM whit only tr2 and even if use only 2 dumps on this atm they will mach all Data base what u have and they put on hold,thats mean they dont need even live operator for that .So u have to find by ur self and move very fast,strike small and week bank and collect small file DP,and mix them when u do cash out 1 dump from day1 and next must be form other day. U must know that....
