I am willing to deposit in guarranter. But the thing is that even there are advertisements (http://vendetta.ws) which write about issues with D+P. no bin is 100%.
Regarding tales with old registrations. (when u pay $5000 a year to be registered vendor on their site) Everyone is proud of their old reputation. EVEN you.
I can give you D+P which will get approved on checker and when person actually goes for cashing it will show insufficient funds. Incorrect account type or much worse, you can see the balance but cannot withdraw.

This guy is slow. I asked him what countries data you have? after 3 messages he writes WORLDWIDE.
Then he says negotiate on jabber. I add him on jabber, (mind you he has no jabber added on his profile, i had to locate his jabber from thread reading) Then after adding i tell him i have added him, he says everyday 10-20 people add him and he is no magician to figure out who is who.
But the funny thing is that, my jabber ids are same as my user id here. and i cannot message him unless authorised.
He posts negative reputation that i have refused guarantor. what is he smoking . I I DARE him to show logs where i have refused guarantor. He is just thinking in his mind and making stuff. CRAZY FELLOW. GOd bless him.

Many of these guys push for escrow which is a trap within itself. you can spend your hard earned money and end up with a completely dead batch of dumps. which you have made a deposit for so you end up losing your money and the seller walks aways with his money care free all because the deal had a middleman. Any real connect is going to try you with a few pieces they know work for sure. if you run away, your lost. you pay , you continue to get work.
I have gotten dp from vendetta that worked and i also lost money on the same working bin as well. its all a gamble when buying from sites. best advice it to stick to what you know works.
