You can't use it for tap and pay because you don't have email access not can you receive SMS verification code

You get the Verizon account and pin. all you need is a clean sim swap to hijack SMS. Takes 30 mins.

That is you wrongly assuming that all banks require SMS verification
The verification is set by the bank for Apple pay, Google pay, Samsung pay and not by apple, Samsung or Google
Some banks require only SMS verification, some require only email verification, some don't require the last two but require you call and some require you verify though the banks mobile app
Some have the option of 2 or 3, some just the option of 1
So even SMS verification passing isn't enough
The 100% guarantee way to bypass such is bins that don't need any verification and will add automatically on Google pay
With such bins, you only need cc, add up on Google pay, it adds and you go tap and pay

Nope, you are wrong!! Sometimes it's just bank call only ( no SMS, no email)!!
Like I said the banks determines the verification not the NFC app
Besides I have seen where the same bank has different verification for different bins of the same bank
