No VBV in France

Someone know why the NON VBV bin doesn't work in French ?
Maybe someone have a good bins,trick or something for French country.

am in paris and non vbv works good just get good bins. what bins do you buy from or u just pick from bulk base?
not all bins u can get on store there are private sellers u can get from .

France and europe mostly denied non vbv usa card because of chargeback and chargeback claim lost during the process . it's very simple !! those who want to rip you saying non vbv work ask them to continue cashin out with their own bin

auto vbv is from some amount to some amount. generally, autovbv depend on the payment gateway.. some refuse and force the bank to verify.
i will like you to verify my gateway with one on your bin ( dead card from your side ) to see if the decline message was issuer problem or acquirer problem
if issuer problem then it means my gateway can accept your bin and i can by and cashout even 50k weekly
