BoA is more or less DOA for ACH now...Majorly just BillPay goes through and that's a waste of the drop...Most big US banks are DOA for ACH now, except some like OLD chase drops, USAA(big money) and a few others

I am confirming that USAA is really big money, but for older drops.
I could be wrong but it does not work for new drops.
