Looking for someone who can open a merchant bank account - collab for best carding method ever

I want to make a site where you can put the amount u want to card and it will make the transaction, no security measures except for the bank ones. I made already the website but i need to link a payment gateway to it, so i need someone to make a payment gateway account.
Some gateway websites are moneris, elavon, helcim for canada. Most likely a merchant bank account is needed to make a gateway account.
Lets collab and we will make the perfect carding method.

be more cleared basically your asking someone who can open a merchant account and place on your website.
and for that no one gonna do that because its simply take 50$ to pay someone who can create these payment pages and integrate payment gateway on it. why someone pay you % for just using your website ?

Who will be carding the account? How will the supplied account know exact amount to earn? Who get Chargeback issues when it occurs? Who get the blame if authority court martial the job? You or the supplied merchant account?
