Does cashing out to BTC still work?

Hello, I am not new here, but after reading the forum for so long, the only thing I can figure out is a strategy, which I think fits me. The strategy is like this:
- Buy a card or a account from a vendor
- Find a cashout service, ask him to cash it to me in BTC, and accept lower 50%, even 10%
- Mix the BTC
- Sell it on for ex. Localbitcoin
If you guys don't mind, please teach me, does this strategy still works?

well if u want to earn money ur method is similar like
1. You wait till summer
2. get from tree apple or orange ect..
3 go to street near food store check the price for apple orange or what ever u have ..
4 when u check the price list put ur stuff for like 30% discount ... dont forget put note that they are fresh ...

There are few ways to cashout CCs to BTC with a workaround. But probably no one will show you free of charge ^^
You will have to invest some time and money to achieve some knownledge about carding, OPsec, AFS, browser fingerprints and so on.
And if it would be as easy as you described, everybody would be doing it

4. VPN
5. SOCKS
6. Change MAC
7. Antidetect 7.1
8. Check if blacklisted on Whoer
9. Make 2 Outlook-accounts
10. Make Amazon-account
11. Act like normal costumer
12. Order E-Giftcard
13. Exchange E-Giftcard to BTC on Paxful
If i try this with an bought Amazon-account will this work? And can someone give tips on other webstores where i can card e-giftcards or other virtual products easier than on Amazon, Ebay or Walmart?
