Bro i did this for moths, just take a old charger 12v and put the + and - on the chip (5 sec) and u wil burn the chip. Thats it..

You can also use an electric shocker or a stun gun also u can replace the chip out the card with a blank java chip

I use a 9v battery...attach a wire on each terminal
TOUCH + TO TOP LEFT CORNER OF CHIP AND NEG. TO BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER
