Hi, I'm completely new, but am a smart guy, what got my interest was all the vendors on the darkweb offering physical cards , pre loaded (pre-paid, CC) with pins.... Are any of these actually legit, or are they all scams? My gut says bullshit......

D+P is a total scam but prepaids with balances i guess too. anyway always use escrow (it's free). GL.
