VR is marked after the purchase when sending the card for a refund, so for bases NON REF always high valid rating ( because cards from it are not returned ) . Also create ticket and we will solve all your problems.

are you crazy?
I still bought this card because I needed it urgently for work. The card had no billing address. They refused to refund. A 55$ card with no billing address....

Well, you can check the address availability before purchasing, it's your fault you did not do any due diligence beforehand, obviously they do not refund.

I wanna know what is cc check time?? I mean after opening cc how much time do I have to check and apply for refund?? And refund is automatic right?
