It actually sounds like bullshit simply because the only possible deal is empty MT103.
Think about it, why would anyone need you to pick MT103 when it can be sent to himself or friends, thats real money bro,
If youre talking about empty/fake telegraph MT103 that lasts a week only in the SWIFT system, thats something else entirely.
I know few Africans who have a completely paranoi vision about what money transfers are!
Real MT 103 have a designated receiver. AND for a purpose!
