feb 21 Palrugen and i made deal that would cost total 5k.
We agreed on 500 upfront 1200 in escrow and the rest appon completetion of job.
On 02/22/2024 I paid $750 upfront then i was goin to deposit in escrow 1k.
On 23rd i told him i was goin to put in escrow the 1k but Palrugen told me he finished deal. he wanted the money i said after i verify np. I verified he did nothing it wasnt completed. Then he kept telling me to send him 1k without escrow. I told him no i said i want to use escrow. basically to make long story short. He kept asking for 1k. I said no that wasnt what we agreed on and i paid already 750us and he never even did any work. I asked for the money back he refused. He is a ripper this guy needs to be banned. I uploaded the logs
