Hello I am Andigatel, some of you may know me already. I have not been active on forums for some time but I am currently looking for partners in carding and cashout. I have alot of HIGH LEVEL FIRST HAND CARDS.... I am looking for new partners to help me cashout my CC WITHOUT CVV. Only interested to speak to experienced carder with their own methods that need HIGH LEVEL CC WITH NO CVV for their method to work. They are mostly EU but have alot of card from WW. MC, VISA & AMEX.
