Haha yes very off topic I know but as being on a mainly Russian forum I got to ask I guess was planning a trip to Moscow by the latest of next year and was wondering how welcoming it is to usa residents also I'm only like quarter fluent in Russian should I learn the language more or should I be perfectly fine I know a lot of the usa peeps are stupid and only know English then others are fluent in like 3 different languages n shit lol
