how to deactivate ATM??

HI GUYS
Okay let me explain...
Lets say there is two atms next to each other. Same Bank atms but the atm models are different...Okay?
No look we want to deactivate the one so that all customers use only the one atm with the skimmer attached.
Anyone can share a way to make one atm temporarily unavailable / offline etc??
