Clone card problem

Greetings to all,
I have Msr X6 duplicator, bought dumps from many different stores, cloned cards using correct printing techniques.
It gives 'Fall back' error on pos device,
Is there any way to cash out using 201 Dumps ATM?
Note: I don't have any problems when I clone my own card, it can be used in many pos devices, but the dumps I bought gives an error on the pos device.
I tried many countries, especially US/EU/UK, all dumps I get the same error.
