Dumps 101 help

I tried to buy with more dump 101 (many different countries) at my shop in Bulgaria, they are always asking me to insert the Pin, how can I do, what am I doing wrong ??? This is one of the 101 dumps I am using: 4768923906280836 = 23121010000033999995 <<<< >>>>> and still alive because I tried it on the LuxChecker ... HELP ME, HOW CAN I DO IT ???
