Load and activate prepays: Green Dot, Walmart, etc?

Is there anyone who can load and activate various prepaid cards: Green Dot, Walmart, etc?
Had a guy who was doing this, but he vanished a month ago, so now have cards, and no loader-activator.

Looking for partner(s) who can do this, and if you have additional cashout methods, great.
