apple store problem

I have been carding apple store for past weeks.
Everytime succesfull.
But yesterday, something weird happened.
I had ordered a macbook and i got shipping confirmation through email.
But if i try to track the order, it says:
'Something went wrong with your request'
If i quick lookup my order, they say they can't find my order.
I got tracking information, but if i check DHL tracking the shipment is not found.
Normally if they cancel order, i still can find order and see status : canceled.
But now i don't see anything...
I tried to see maybe something was with account and ordered something else with same account. It was shipped and i still see order. But i don't see order from macbook...
Anyone know this problem? Is this a bug on website or?
