Anyone from Europe (not just the EU!) is eligible for this scheme. I’m not sure about Russians though, but if you can fake a study or work permit you are definitely eligible too.
I don’t want to explain too much about the scheme on public forums, but what I can tell is that I found a gap in an investment policy of a large company. The company invests into startups and with the investment you can hire an expert who will implement the company’s product into the startup.
Startups are thoroughly checked. Every year I start and prepare some companies whose only purpose is to cash out on the investment. The experts are completely the responsibility of the startup. There is no verification of name, address or credentials. I could hire anyone, and that’s exactly my plan.
I used to run this scheme by myself but after three times I got scared that it would be suspicious that A) so many “experts” came from my country, and B) the banks would find it suspicious that I have so many unique bank accounts. This is why I look for colleagues that can help me apply from your country (because of language barrier, etc.) and who can split the investment between us.
The profit of the scheme depends on the negotiations that the startups have with a representative. It will range between 4000 and 7000 euro and we will split this 50/50. I offer so much because I look for high quality people who are reliable. If you apply now, I can get us paid in the last week of March.
The risks are very low. This company wants their investments to get used because they use it for deductibles and claims that it falls under philanthropy. (It doesn’t.) The contract states that the startup has to pay back the investment if it goes wrong, because the startup is responsible for hiring quality personnel. I have money reserved from previous investments to cover these costs if necessary. So far I have never been caught though. In about 15% of the time, the negotiations will fail. This is not a problem: I will reapply under a different name and negotiate with a different representative who is easier.
No drug / criminal money is involved. I will not ask you to pay me before you get paid. It's not legal, but a breach of contracts mostly falls under private law so I doubt law enforcement cares.
