4. We didn’t “keep your money.” The refund or fulfillment of your order was delayed due to your destructive approach. If you want a refund or to receive the product, we are ready to fulfill that, but only if there’s a reasonable, mature approach, not constant tantrums and accusations.
If you want a resolution, act like an adult. Any further attempts to manipulate the situation or make public accusations will no longer be supported. We are waiting for a normal conversation if you are ready to have one.
