Need help, ideas, anything..for SCAMMER payback!!

Hi fellow carders,
I need help and guidance please
I got scammed from a Tochka market vendor and need some info how can I get back to him hard. I’v never been so disgusted of human whom I was dealing for a while now with problems. And 1 mistake, and he took advantage of this right away.
Please give me some pointers, programs, spamming, emal viruses..etc..however I can hurt him for stealing my rent and food money(2,5k)
I know that he is located in Estonia, his email, wickr, vendor acc names etc
And today his vending, business as usual..fu*kerrrrr
So please help your fellow carder please and lets make scammer life hell!!
