PrivatnO you forgot to mention if you want simple html static site...or with db...
js code or without ?
in what language do you wanna build it ...and for what purposes...
Do you host by yourself? Do you need support for hosting safe or not ?
Anti ddos protection or without ?
In what jurisdiction do you want to register it ? and under what laws?
You request is very vague.... that been said... if you don't know what exactly you need.... it will be hard to find someone who can build it for you...
So...give more details about what you need.... in order for somebody can help you with execution of the website...
