CC spammer

I have found a spammer, i brought 400$ and for bad cc not even bad for just not successful orders i got refunded.
Each card cost $100 if you think its better to spend money on SHOP that are dead go ahead, i could sell cc for $150 winning $50 for each cc i can sell you.
Money should be on ESCROW or UPFRONT and waiting time is 1-3 days, bins are limited has my spam only some banks
