Region lock

I’ve been getting nothing but region lock bins I know there’s a software out there that can check for region locks. Pm if you know a software!

if some one can block or deblock a card himself how can a software know it from a static magstripe data.......impossible
the only logic way would be first to look the BIN to know from where is the card and the type of card.
next look what country accept that lock region system and then you would make your choice
that's even maybe why they sell it to you...

You need to ask the people in networks to know the working BIN in your area. But by the time you come to know the working bin that bin might get huge issues by fraudulent transaction and get blocked. The first one to find the working bin will make the most out of that bin.

he get skimmed in india during travel
did the same bin work = answer is nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
next the link i post VISA have an apk and you block it or not
so how just a bin can say if blocked or not
