Checker say valid but dumps decline

For some time I have not had good results with the dumps ... I have used the fallback method but for a long time but I have not had results ... I read that the fallback method does not work ... Does anyone know what happens?... The checkers say valid but the dumps decline!

maybe your POS is problem bro chk once because bank will stop repeated bins ...this is my experience sharing with u

I have two points of sale ... I don't usually card constantly ... I have had good results before ... But this has happened to me for a while ... both with my bins and with new bins ... The checker said "VALID" ... Although I recently got briansclub dumps and one dump threw me "07 hold card" code and the checker threw "VALID"

This is important in this situation bro ...i think your merchant ID has been in looking from bank side in case there is charge backs happening think about it jus my toughts i giving YOU

The checker says "VALID" and the post returns throws code 18 "Re-Enter", I have read many conclusions about the problem and they all have different conclusions:
1. Some say that the fallback method does not work, now the method is by NFC
2. Some say it is the bins
3. I have read that when a dump says "VALID" it is because he does not have enough funds
4. Others say it is a region block
Can someone with experience give me a clear solution to this problem?
