Mcr200 reader writer question

Hello all, noob carder here trying to learn. I have emv software and i just ordered mcr200 reader writer on eBay with my own credit card details. My question, is it safe to write dumps to blank card using mcr200 that I bought with my own cc and is linked to my real identity? When writing dumps to card and using card to withdraw from ATM can the police track the mcr200 device that I used? Can the mcr200 device be traced back to me when using it to write dumps to card and using card to withdraw at atm? Sorry if stupid question
