USA bank accounts and maxed out credit cards needed for loading

If you are in the USA and have a bank account, I'm doing mobile check deposits and ATM deposits. No upfront payment.
Also, If you have a maxed out credit card, I can pay off the debt and once the funds is available, you max out the card and we split the funds. Then I will payoff the debt again and we keep working that way
Please note that I will need the online login of the account in order to deposit the check. So please ONLY contact me if you are comfortable with this.
