Do I card going to a public wifi? Do I crack another persons wifi? Do I card in a cybercafe?

So I have read a lot in DN and some people say that it is safe to go to a starbucks and card there. Others say this is stupid because there a lots of cameras and it is suspicious to see a guy for a week going to the starbucks with a computer.
Others say we could go to a cybercafe card from one of the computers and dissapear.
Others say to crack another persons wifi and use that connection, others say that is stupid also.
What do I do then?
