Question for real carders

hey guys,



I know few people or friends who work in a call center in India for citibank and capital one bank USA. They are customer service agents.



Now my idea is to buy cc for those 2 banks and gather the information from these guys like secret word or something similar a normal customer service guy would ask if you called to change the phone number and then call the customer care later and change the phone number to the one in my control and use it for tap n pay or online purchases since I would have the otp.





Do you guys have any better way to do it or any other way to utilize the information? End of the day, the goal is to cashout.





Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
