Question clone card (professionals only)

Hello friends, I have just learned how to clone and unfortunately have failed after 3 attempts.



I used one card at three different ATMs and experienced two different situations. 1. I inserted the card and immediately, regardless of the language I chose, the ATM returned the card to me. 2. I put the card in and immediately asked for my PIN. When I press balance, a page appears asking me to select how much I want to withdraw. I pressed the minimum $70 button and then it said they didn't have enough balance and I gave the card back.



The question now is, am I cloning it wrong, or are the dumps dead? By the way, all three dumps and the PIN were from the US, and I tried it in Germany. I'd be happy if someone could help me.
