Anyone here has a merchant account to cashout prepaid cards instantly??

Hi,
I have gotten hold of a vendor who sells prepaid cards or gift cards at about half price. The vendor also has enough stock in everyday basis and I am looking for someone with a merchant account to cash it out.
If anyone has any then please DM.
Note: no middle man please, I usually come across hell lot of Nigerians who will pose as owners but actually are middle man. I am not interested in middleman.
