USA Job - Bank Drop Needed

Hey, I have an operation and what I'm in need of is a "USA Business Bank Drop" made with the following;
* Business Name
* Contact Name
* Active Phone Number (that can be answered with clear English... someone may call to verify your business info, easy)
* EIN
* Business Address
* Bank Account Number
* Routing Number
I will need a bank account which has the highest possible ATM withdrawal limit or any way you can increase it to the highest limit.
I have heard from a partner that there's bank debit cards that can withdraw up to $30,000 daily (I don't know how that even works).
I don't want a Business Bank Drop that will close as soon as you attempt to load it. So it would help if you know how to add drop address to credit report that you want to send Business Debit card to, so the bank drop will be stable. Or show me how to add drop address to credit report and make bank drop. I'll pay you several thousand once I withdraw.
