about track 2 and 1

Hi i have a doubt about track 2 I would like to know how she and created or calculated does anyone here know? I have a software that generates some track 2 more and just some Mexican banks I have a bin that has been working for me for some time longer I so I find it in the format of CVV.. Rarely encounter with track 2 would someone help me?
