Its the same thing. If the base is Indian doesn't mean that the card cant be uk
When cards UK/US/canada cards are issued to 3rd party countries I.e Indian citizens .. are they still avs?
Since UK is avs country but India isn't?
Something i have not considered, will have to test it out
