How To Find CC Holder's IP Address for Remote Desktop Connection

I was reading a carding tutorial, and the instructions went like this. . . .
Lets Start Carding:
1. Connect to your vpn software and chose ip - country you want.
2. Connect to RPD ( Remote Destkop connection), must be same country (IP), state as card holder Address. Do not forget that.
3. Now from your RPD, connect to socks5 via mozilla firefox, example 97.77.96.226 34539 United States, MUST BE SAME ASS CARD HOLDER: COUNTRY, STATE, CITY!
And this is where I got stuck.
He mentions earlier that I need the victims IP address so it appears I'm ordering from their computer and not mine... My question is, if I'm provided with the physical address of the victim, how do I find their IP address so I can connect to their computer with remote desktop connection?

For RDP you dont use the exact same IP address as your cardholder. Lets say you bought a cc and they live in Brooklyn New York. You just want to make sure that your RDP is in New York. It dosent have to be in brooklyn, although that would be good. So, you need a rdp in the same State-> City of the cardholder, just like your guide said. Then you use your socks to clean up your IP, your RDP probably wont get an ip close enough to the zip of your cardholder, but a proxy will. You can use tools online to see the distance between 2 zip codes. I never go over 5 miles distance between the zip. So, get yourself an RDP in the same state and city of your cardholder, and then use a proxy to fake their exact location. From there you should be ready to keep going with your carding setup. Remember always make sure your socks is not blacklisted, and that the risk score isnt over 1. getipintel.com is a good resource to make sure the proxy is good, never use a proxy with over a 1 risk score. hope this helps

sending an email to the victim can give you the exact ip used by owner and then choose your rdp in relation to the real ip get over email.
Before using a card you have to make a minimum of target study and info collecting to be ready on different situation.
when you control the way to collect data on a card owner you can easily transform a normal cvv in a full cvv without even ordering with it...

having the exact IP does not matter.
You need an ip that connects to a relay which is close to 30-40 miles from card holder location.
Maybe you can spoof the WebRTC and DNS to make it look like you are using the holders IP, to find it do as @lebowski said.
But you'll never need to have the EXACT same IP because 1) merchant don't have it on file 2) merchant will look only if it's close to card holder address ( look above ) and if it's marked as proxy 3) many routers and legit people dont have a static IP but a rotatory one, if you'd need to have always the same IP, every merchant would need to decline 60% of the incoming transactions and of course that does not happen.

you can't have same ip for begin until you not inside target network....
so i exactly say choose a rdp in relation with real ip
what mean in relation = that mean similare zone of owner ip
even if ip are rotary they have a range
so you can know provider and zone
so using similare zone give you success
we say the same thing but different way of looking
he give you a blind point of you knowing just owner zone
i give you a targeted answer to know the exact zone
same result for rdp choose

you can buy and use a cvv
or buy and upgrade it to full cvv
