Best way to check NFC cards in canada

What is the best way to test NFC bins in most efficient way possible.
Do vending machines work with NFC or do they decline all cards because all I get are declines even tho the cards are good.
Also How do i generate cvv to track2. I heard a combination of numbers (ask me in pm).but is it all CVV bins or just a few use the same algorythm.
