Hey I may use some help, Im in Canada and ive bought a couple 201 credit dumps, I put them onto a blank card that only has the magnetic stripe. Every time I try to swipe it declines, ive tried at gas stations, self checkout for small stuff like $5. I buy from brians club. Im a noobie..
