I want to card in the usa, but dont live there. Where can I find/hire runners, that get the package, send it to my country or sell it and send me btc. Is there a site to arrange this?? Or do i just need to gamble on someone on a forum?

Go to the verified section on this forum and join any of the physical drop guys. They all got dedicated websites for this with multiple drops in many states. Chat them on telegram and they'll make account for u on their panel. All legit there.
