I need access to Italian email on tel nr Spoofin for OT

I have a live card but i havent been in the gave for couple of years now and idk what are the possibilities!
I have a @live.com email on his phone number is phone text message redirecding a thing now or not?
It should be a non VBV card so I dont know whare to start.
Can somebody, who is still in the game get me on track please...
