where to get a My Vendor Status !?

Hello Guys
trying to get my vendor status for my new Card Checking service but 1nf3rn0 not seems to be online on forum since few month Now . also forum admin support Jabber ( mailto:[email protected] ) is offline and always returns error
XMPP Message Error
Message delivery to mailto:[email protected] failed: Bad value of attribute 'to' in tag <message/> qualified by namespace 'jabber:client' (Code 400)
who can review my service !?
