too risky for the buyer(BTC), there's a reason why PayPal don't affiliate with bitcoin , too many security concerns involved.
In my points of view if i'm the PayPal owner, I could easily file a depute and indicate that my account is been hacked, paypal dont have problem taking back the money that i send and refund me with the the full amount that i pay.

if you have legal pp funds go to localbitcoins or paxful. create account and exchange your paypal.

It's not that easy kid. there will be a dispute in some days and the money will get back to where it comes from.....
