Banks without TAN code

Hi guys! There is one interesting topic i wanted to discuss. There is one new and verrrrry good service helping with conversation into cash the EU bank accounts of high amount of money. The % is pretty high. The thing is the transactions of those banks have to be without TAN (transaction authentication number). Is there anyone who knows such banks or the way to find'em? This service needs people to cooperate. The more, the better.
